Divorce Valuation

Markley Actuarial Services, Inc. is available to provide essential actuarial services to assist with the marital division of retirement plans during divorce proceedings. Our services include: calculating the marital portion of retirement plan benefits, drafting Qualified Domestic Relations Orders, and reviewing valuations and Orders drafted by opposing attorneys. As an added service, our actuaries are available to attend court hearings to testify on behalf of our clients in support of the work we prepare.
