Background
Radu joined Markley in 2009. He brings 6 years of experience with Defined Contribution Plans. As a Client Manager for Profit Sharing and 401(k) Plans, Radu consults with his clients to provide benefit solutions that help employers attract and retain top talent. Radu brings strong technical skills and a broad-based knowledge of Defined Contribution Plans .
Areas of Specialty
- Serves as Client Manager for employers sponsoring defined contribution plans, including profit sharing plans, 401(k) plans and special projects which require a high degree of technical knowledge and expertise
- Serves as Consultant by providing a wide range of consulting and compliance testing services to daily valued defined contribution plans for small to medium plans
- Works with the Firm’s Defined Contribution Team in the development and implementation of policies and procedures necessary to promote the consistent and efficient use of our technology
Education
- BA in International Studies, with a Concentration in Economics, Millersville University
