Background
Erik joined the firm in 1994 and has over 13 years of experience in retirement plan administration. Erik's primary responsibilities include providing services for defined contribution plans.
Areas of Specialty
- Serves as consultant for small, medium and large employers by providing administration and compliance testing services to a wide range of defined contribution plans, including profit sharing plans, new comparability plans, complex 401(k) plans and special projects which require a high degree of technical knowledge and expertise
- Prepares plan documents, IRS Form 5500 reporting, and IRS Form 1099-R reporting
- Helps lead the firm’s Defined Contribution Team in the development and implementation of policies and procedures necessary to promote the consistent and efficient use of our technology
Education
- BA degree in Mathematics with a Minor in Physics from Millersville University, cum laude
