Background
Dee joined the firm in 1993 and has over 15 years of experience in defined contribution plan consulting and administration. Dee’s primary responsibilities include supervising the services to a group of defined contribution clients and internal management of employees.
Areas of Specialty
- Serves as Consultant and Senior Client Manager for employers sponsoring defined contribution plans such as 401(k) Plans, Employee Stock Ownership Plans, and specialty plan designs for Partnerships and Sole Proprietors
- Coordinates and leads presentations to educate employees on the benefits and opportunities of their employer sponsored retirement program
- Member of the Management Team, which coordinates consistent client services, seeks to strengthen client relationships and develops our internal staff to be the best team possible to focus on services to our clients
- Serves as Captain of the firm’s Defined Contribution Team and provides leadership in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to promote consistent, efficient and well-delivered services to a diverse set of clients and plan designs
Education
- BA degree in Mathematics from Franklin & Marshall College
- Currently pursuing Certified Employee Benefit Specialist Designation
